Baylor Linebacker Makes All-American Team

The 2000 football season was unkind to the Baylor Bears, and that is probably an understatement. However, for senior linebacker Jason Lary, it provided an opportunity to make the Sigma Alpha Epsilon All-American Football Team. Lary, who posted 22 tackles playing in a back-up role, was also selected to the Academic All-Big 12 first team. Jason Lary was the only member of the Big 12 to make the squad.

Baylor's own Jason Lary was named this past spring to the Sigma Alpha Epsilon All-American Football Team.  Joining Lary at linebacker on the list were Freeman Belser of 10-0 Davidson, Tom Fritti of Albright, and Ryan Moore of Gettysburg.  Below, is the roster of the entire squad who made the select team.
