He's probably good for 55-60 yards in terms of arm strength. He also proved he can fire it in there when he needs to and also showed some decent touch.
Scott also made solid decisions, threw to the right receiver and usually put the football on the money. He's pretty accurate and appears to be very comfortable in a spread offense. He should be since he runs the same style of offense for the Bay City Blackcats.
Possessing above average speed for the quarterback position (4.75 to 4.8 range), Scott Elliott should also be able to run for a few first downs.
Bottom Line: I really liked this kid -- his personality, demeanor, competitive desire, just his whole make-up. Scott should find himself in our August Texas Top 100 if he continues to do the things I watched him do!
