Ryan Resch We are excited to welcome Ryan Resch to the BearsIllustrated family. Ryan iwill bring a wealth of knowledge to our staff, especially on the basketball side of things. Ryan will help us with basketball recruiting and game coverage. He will also be active on the boards and help to build the BearsIllustrated brand. Join Tim and I in welcoming Ryan to the Baylor Scout family! Below is a short blurb from Ryan:
"I recently graduated from Baylor in May of 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. I currently live on the northern border of SEC Country, as I am in my first year of a political science doctoral program at the University of Missouri. I first ventured into the sports world as a writer for Bleacher Report my sophomore year of college covering Big 12 football and basketball. I then began working with Baylor Men’s Basketball as a student manager, before being promoted to Head Manager my senior year when we made our most recent Sweet 16 run. Outside of sports and graduate school, I spend most of my time messing with technology, reading, cooking, and shooting photography. Feel free to ask me about any of those!"
Elliot Coffey We are also excited to welcome Elliot Coffey to the BearsIllustrated family. Elliot has an excellent pedigree and as Baylor fans will remember, was an All-Big 12 performer for the Bears and spent a couple of years in the NFL with the Broncos and Texans, respectively. Elliot will help to boost our football coverage, and will provide game analysis of every Baylor football game. Join Tim and I in welcoming Elliot to the Baylor Scout family!
We would like to send a special thank you to everyone that is a part of the BearsIllustrated family. As I mentioned before, Tim and I feel that we have the ability to rejuvenate this site and bring it back to where Steve and Chris had it a few years back. It will take some work, but we feel that we have put together a strong staff, and along with additional board traffic and subscriptions, we can make this site the premiere site for Baylor Recruiting and Athletics. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask, but please help us in welcoming these two additions along with congratulating James on his promotion to full time staff! Sic'em!
