Baylor welcomed a familiar face back to their 2016 class, as Tren'Davian Dickson has flipped back to Baylor

Baylor picked up a commitment from Tren'Davian Dickson on Monday night. The #30 ranked player in the Scout 100 had been committed to Texas since this summer, before flipping back to Baylor.

The Bears got some great news on Monday, when former commitment Tren'Davian Dickson, flipped his commitment from Texas back to Baylor.

Dickson was originally committed to Baylor earlier this year, but decommitted a couple of months later because of an unfamiliarity with new WR coach Tate Wallis. This summer though, Dickson stunned some when he committed to new WR coach Jay Norvell and the Texas Longhorns.

A few weeks back, BearsIllustrated was alerted that Dickson had reached out to the Baylor staff to reconnect and the relationship was rebuilt from there.

Dickson brings athleticism and excellent football smarts to a WR corp that is already stacked and dangerous. Dickson has been compared to Kendal Wright and KD Cannon, and should continue the long line of prolific WR's to come out of the Baylor program.
