The Baylor Bears got commit #4 of the day in Delarrin Turner-Yell

The Bears continued their run on defensive secondary commits, gaining a verbal pledge from Delarrin Turner-Yell, their fourth overall of the day and third defensive back.

When it rains, it pours.  For the Baylor Bears football program, it is pouring commits with their fourth of the day.  The most recent commit continued their run of athletic skill players with safety Delarrin Turner-Yell

Turner-Yell chose the Bears over offers from Oklahoma, Utah, Nebraska, Missouri and others.  He is a 5-11, 170 safety who the Bears offered in February.  The  Hempstead, TX safety visited the Bears earlier in April.

Turner-Yell is the third defensive back to commit to the Bears today, joining JT Woods and Mark Milton. He is also a fellow track and field standout running a 10.86 100-meter dash and a 22.12 200-meter dash.

With 87 tackles and two interceptions, Turner-Yell looks to build off a strong junior campaign as a Baylor commit.
