With a player like Sophia Young, who is averaging 21 points and nearly 10 rebounds per game, the Lady Bears are poised as they look to find their place among the nation's best in the National Championship Tournament. However, Coach Mulkey-Robertson's team needs to take care of the rest of the regular season and the Big XII Tournament first.

The Lady Bears (18-5, 8-4) are tied for second in the conference behind Oklahoma. On Sunday, the Baylor squad will face Texas Tech for the second time this year.
