Standing 5-9 160, Romie Blaylock possesses great speed and has a way of getting open to find the football. He showed all his skills at the Scout.com combine held on the campus of Baylor University.
Baylor, Houston, and Kansas State have all offered Blaylock, a Cedar Hill High School wide receiver/defensive back. So does he have a favorite yet?
"Right now, not really. I just like the three that I got now. All three schools are about the same."
Blaylock realizes the importance of being an all-around player and feels the best parts of his game are his speed and his downfield blocking. Blaylock is also interested in running track at the next level as well.
"I will be trying out for the Olympics in 2008 in the 400 and the 200."
We will be keeping an eye on this Cedar Hill wideout as next season rolls around.
