Hunter Hightower is BU Commit #4

Standing 6-5 and weighing in at 260 pounds, Hunter Hightower gave his pledge to play football at Baylor University. So why Baylor?

"One, their education. Two, most of my family has gone to Baylor and I have heard it is a great school to play football at."

Hightower was quick to point out that he really liked Coach Lancaster, the coach that recruited him.

"He is a great guy. His personality appealed to me. He is very friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions, and he is just a great person."

So just how strong is his commitment to Guy Morriss and the Bears?

"I'd say my commitment to Baylor is 100%."

Hightower explains that he anticipates playing offensive tackle at the next level, and feels his biggest strength on the field is his pass protection.

"Any offense that they put in is fine. I strongly believe Coach Morriss knows what he's doing and I'll learn whatever new plays and whatever type of offense I have to."

Hightower seems to have his future plans at Baylor mapped out well as he explains just what it is that he wants to do.

"Like I said, most of my family has gone to Baylor. My mother, two of my uncles, and just about all of their family has gone to Baylor. Once I get there I plan to study business at Hankamer."

"I'm looking forward to coming to Baylor. I hope everything comes through alright. I'm looking forward to being there."
