G.J. Kinne: Back from Vegas

G.J. Kinne has been a highly sought-after quarterback from the '07 class. With the Baylor University coaching staff racking up commitments and G.J. headed back from a quarterback camp in Las Vegas, find out whether G.J. is ready to end his recruitment.

G.J. Kinne (6-1, 215), a prolific quarterback now out of Gilmer High School, will continue to wait on his college decision.

BearsIllustrated.com just spoke with a member of Kinne's family, who informed us that Kinne's target commitment date is now late July or early August.

Kinne is headed back from Las Vegas, where he just finished competing in the Elite 11 Regional Qualifier, a prestigious quarterback camp, at UNLV. Kinne through for 4,200 yards as a junior, and definitely wants to remain at the quarterback position on the next level. Kinne, who is featured on the front cover of Dave Campbell's Texas Football, still holds offers from Baylor, Tennessee, Florida, Oklahoma, Alabama and Nebraska among others. Kinne reportedly will continue to consider all his options before his planned commitment date.
