Baylor Bears Get 4-Star Quarterback

The Baylor Bears may have lost 3-star recruit G.J. Kinne, but the Bears picked up a commitment from 4-star recruit in JUCO QB John David Weed. Come inside to find out more

John David Weed finished the season with 2,107 yards, 19 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. The Tyler Junior College quarterback is 6-5 225 and posseses a 4.57 40 time.

Weed, in an earlier interview, talked about his athleticism. "One think I really worked on this past summer was my agility and quickness. I wanted to be more accurate throwing on the run and I think I did that pretty well."

Weed, who plans to enroll in the spring, will have two years to play two.
