Henderson Drawn to Bears, Aggies

Defensive line and tight end prospect Dominique Henderson holds an offer from Colorado. Still, for now he is showing more interest in Big 12 rivals Baylor and Texas A&M.

6'3" 265 Dominique Henderson may not have a hard offer from any Texas schools yet, but that doesn't mean he isn't favoring them. Even though Colorado is the only school making an offer at this point, Henderson is showing a strong interest in both Baylor and A&M.

"Right now my favorite is Texas A&M. I'm coming along to Baylor though. Texas A&M and Baylor have a real down home feel to them. I like that everything is real close-knit."

Henderson's comfort level with Baylor was apparent when he talked about a recent campus visit.

"I had a real good time over there. I like the atmosphere up there. And the facilities were very impressive for me."

Henderson was also impressed with Baylor's defensive line coach.

"He's real cool and I call him every now and then just to see whats up."

For now, schools will continue to jockey for position in recruiting the versatile Henderson with no finish line in sight. He has not set a time to make his decision.
