Drew Hamilton has garnered interest from programs as far away as Iowa State and Northwestern but he is more interested in two schools located in the heart of Texas, Baylor and Texas A&M.
Drew reports that both the quality of the football program and the education are playing a role in his decision; criteria that has helped propel Baylor to the top of the list. He recently visited Waco and was further impressed.
"It was really nice. Everything was top of the line. I really liked it."
The coaching staff did its part to put Baylor in a positive light as well.
"I really liked them. They were all really good guys."
For now, Drew is content to wait and see what his offers will be. Still, look for Baylor to be a major player in his recruitment in the coming months.
