Baylor Gets Commitment From Local Standout

Keeping standout high school products close to home is a goal of any college coach that recruits successfully. Baylor Bears head coach Art Briles did just that when he received a commitment from a very talented Central Texas offensive lineman.

At 6'6", Waco Connally High School offensive lineman, Troy Baker, towers over most of his competition. Not only is he one of the best athletes on the field anytime he is on it, he is also one of the best students on the field, academically speaking, everytime he is on it.
