"I don't think I did too well. But I learned some things that are going to help me later on in life and next season. And I learned some stuff that I can take to my team and help us to get better."

What was the main thing you were trying to get out of this camp today? (Dixon ran with defensive backs and some with the wide receivers):

"Footwork and body control and things like that."

The things that factored into his decision to commit to Baylor:

"Baylor is fixing to start something great. I want to be a part of what they are about to start. It is a great place, and it is close to home. It is just a place where I would like to play ball at."

His feelings about Coach Briles and the football staff:

"They are great guys. They are putting a lot into this program. I am pretty sure that what they are putting in, it is going to pay off next season and the years to come."

His thoughts on his lofty rankings:

"It really doesn't make me feel any better. I really don't take that into consideration when I am playing. I just play to help my team win. But, I guess, it is a great thing to have beside your name."

His goals for the future:

"Talking about my senior year, I am hoping I can help my team become winners, and lead them to hopefully a state championship. And when I come to Baylor, just give it my all."
