Baylor Dials up Commitment

The Baylor Bears landed a commitment Saturday afternoon at a position of need. Come inside to find out more about the latest commitment to Art Briles and the Baylor program.

BearsIllustrated.com sources report Kedrick Dial has made his pledge to Art Briles and the Baylor Bear football program. Dial, who originally committed to Texas Tech, is a 6'5", 220lb defensive end out of Sulphur Springs.

Scout.com analyst Baron Flenory had this to say about Dial's game:

This guy truly loves to get after a quarterback. Has a very good pass rush against opposing offensive tackles. He has a very strong upper body and is good at using it when he is shedding off blocks. He also uses his hands very well.

He is excellent at pursuing run plays away from him. Preventing any kind of cut back possibility for the offense. He also plays the read option very well. Has the ability to redirect, making the QB's read very difficult!

He plays very aggressive and with a lot of emotion. And seems to never take a play off. He has a nice build for a defensive end, and displays a lot of athletic ability which causes a lot of havoc for opposing offenses.
