Broncos International Trend Continues

Just a day after publishing information on a new Bronco Defensive Line player from outside the confines of the United States, word comes that Boise State has again reached outside the US borders, all the way to England, for the next future DLine star to play on the Blue.

According to published reports in the BBC, Boise State has landed a verbal commitment from Elliot Hoyte, a 6'5 270lb DE prospect from Tavistock, Devon UK.

The 18-year-old former Cornish Sharks player has been awarded a full scholarship by Boise State University.

Last season the teenager played for the Bristol Aztecs and Great Britain Lions.

He was offered the full athletics scholarship after attending a training camp run by the Idaho-based college and will begin his first term in January, combining sport with a business degree.

Hoyte will, according to reports, officially join the team in January along with other current Bronco commits such as Marcus Rios and Nick Patti, who will be joining as greenshirts, meaning they will graduate a semester early from High School and being their college careers in January.

Hoyte traveled to Idaho for the Boise State football camp over the summer and evidently was impressive enough in that short stint to earn an immediate offer.

We'll try to find more information on Boise State's latest find, but for now, here are some videos of Elliot:
