Valor Christian HS LB Andrew Pint (Highlands Ranch, CO) verbally committed to Boise State last month and was in Boise over the weekend for his official visit. By all accounts, it was a great visit as the Broncos dominated Tulsa and impressed the talented LB.

"It was a great visit," he said. "I got to walk around Boise and see a lot more of what the town has to offer. We ate a lot of good food, took a tour of the facilities, and had a meeting with Coach Gregory and Coach Petersen."

"The meeting with Coach Gregory went really well," he stated. "Basically, we talked about what to expect at practice, the type of player they look for, and things like that. We went over some of the different schemes on defense as well."

"My mom likes Coach Petersen a lot," said Pint. "We sat down in his office and talked about graduation rates and just the overall school. He's a great guy and just really approachable. You can see he cares about his players."

What about the new football facility and the expansion of Bronco Stadium? Was that discussed at all?

"Coach Petersen talked a little bit about the expansion and the new football complex," he said. "It sounds like it'll have everything in it. New locker rooms, weight rooms, and things like that. It sounds really nice."

Pint said Boise State's overall team speed is what stood out most in his eyes in the win over Georgia. Well, he says the team looks even "faster" in person.

"They play really fast. They look even faster watching them in person," he said. "They forced something like four turnovers and they had guys flying to the ball. They played really well."

"All of their players are dedicated and you can see that," he said. "Obviously, it shows with all of the winning," he added.

"I'm 100% committed."
