Seisay To Camp At Boise State Next Month

American Canyon HS ATH Chris Seisay (American Canyon, CA) has seen his stock rise quickly over the past few weeks as he continues to reel in offers from schools across the Western region. Utah and Colorado became the latest schools to extend an offer just last week & that brings his total to seven, but what about Boise State? Is he on track to receive an offer from the Broncos?

American Canyon HS ATH Chris Seisay (American Canyon, CA) has seen his stock rise quickly over the past few weeks as he continues to reel in offers from schools across the Western region. Utah and Colorado became the latest schools to extend an offer just last week and that brings his total to seven, but what about Boise State? Is he on track to receive an offer from the Broncos?

"I spoke to Coach Pete and Coach Prince just a couple weeks ago," he said. "Both told me to continue working hard and that I'm one of their top targets," he added.

"Basically, they just want to see my transcripts after I finish these two classes," he stated. "I'm trying to move these two C's up to A's so that my core GPA will go up. I feel that I'm on track to do that right now."

"Boise State is still the school that I feel most comfortable with," said Seisay. "Boise feels like home to me. I love going up there and I'm looking forward to going back up for the camp next month."

Seisay will head to Boise a day early and says this will give him another opportunity to tour the campus, checkout the facilities, and meet the coaching staff.

"I'm going up a day early," he said. "I'm really looking forward to it. I just love the atmosphere in Boise. It's a real football town. You see the houses and the cars with the Boise State banners. There isn't much crime at all. It's just a nice city."

"It'll give me a chance to see everything again," he said. "Hopefully, I'll have that offer by then as well."

"The only two camps that I know of right now are Boise State and the Nike Camp."

Seisay currently holds seven offers and more could be on the way soon. In addition to Boise State, schools such as USC, UCLA, and Oregon could be on the verge of offering.

"I'm thinking that USC, UCLA, and Oregon are going to offer soon," he said. "All three have been starting to show more interest lately."

"I'm thinking that I might want to take some official visits. We'll just have to see," said Seisay. "I'd like to take officials to Boise State, Colorado, Oregon, and Arizona. Those are just a few that came to mind."

Boise State is recruiting Seisay as a WR and he says he's getting better at DB, but still relies on athleticism to overcome the lack of coaching.

"I'm more comfortable at WR," he said. "I've been playing WR much longer. At DB, I have to rely on my athleticism since I haven't been coached much there."

"We started spring ball about two weeks ago," he said. "I feel like I'm getting better every day. As a team, our offense seems to be crisp and everything is going well."
