Madison Senior HS RB Pierre Cormier (San Diego, CA) is one of the top RB prospects on the West Coast for the 2013 class and says he currently has a solid top three. The talented RB says he will take official visits to all three schools and would likely make a verbal commitment sometime just after completing those visits. So, where does Boise State currently stand?

"I've got a top three right now," he said. "It's Arizona, Nebraska, and Boise in no particular order," he added.

"I'd say Boise State and Arizona are recruiting me the hardest right now," he stated. "I've been talking to both schools for a long time, but Nebraska has started recruiting me a bit harder lately as well."

"Boise State has a great coach and it's a big football town," said Cormier. "They get national attention every year and I like their running game as well. I think that would be a good fit for me."

RBs Coach Keith Bhonapha is currently recruiting Cormier for Boise State.

"Coach Bhonapha is recruiting me," he said. "I know he's a good coach since they always have good RBs up there. He seems like a cool guy and knows football well. He's a good recruiter."

"I know they just put Doug Martin in the NFL," he said. "That's something I'll definitely take a look at as well."

Cormier went on to say that all three schools are at an equal level right now, but that he also plans on taking official visits to all three as well.

"They're all equal right now," he said. "I definitely want to take official visits to all three."

"I'll be looking at each school and seeing if I can see myself there," said Cormier. "I got to see if I fit in well both on and off the field. I need to see if I can work well with the coaches and just the overall vibe that I get from each school."

"I'll probably commit sometime during my season or just after it."

For now, Cormier says he and his teammates are in the middle of summer workouts as they gear up for a run at the league title in 2012.

"The workouts are going well," he said. "We're lifting early in the morning, doing field workouts after that, and we're also doing some 7-on-7," he added.
