Justinian Jessup reportedly boasted no fewer than seven scholarship offers before narrowing his list to his final two, Boise State and. On Saturday, Jessup announced his decision, choosing Leon Rice and Boise State. Jessup joins Alex Hobbs, a Combo Guard out of Texas who committed to Boise State earlier this week.
Jessup (6'4 Longmont HS, Longmont CO) was the Colorado 4A Player of the Year as a Junior.
Jessup had offers from, besides Boise State and Davidson, Air Force, Pepperdine, and a host of other schools. He was also heavily recruited by Colorado as a backup to their two commits at the SG position, one of whom (according to an NBCSports report) reportedly decommitted just this weekend, making Jessup's commitment all the more timely for Boise State.
