Broncos Land Commit From Navy Head Coach's Son, Linebacker Ali'i Niumatalolo

Boise State got a nice surprise Tuesday night with the commitment of Maryland ILB Ali'i Niumatalolo.

Broadneck HS ILB Ali'i Niumatalolo announced his commitment to Boise State on Tuesday night, finally giving Bronco fans something to cheer about since their unexpected defeat at the hands of Utah State over the weekend.

Niumatalolo is a tremendous talent with a huge upside, he comes from Football royalty, (His father is Navy Head Coach Ken Niumatalolo), and has a Football IQ that rivals any QB. Despite that, he also is a violent hitter who tackles well and doesn't shy away from contact.  It is expected taht Ali'i will serve a 2-year LDS Mission before joining the Broncos, projecting him to the Fall class of 2018.
