Boise State Bronco Volleyball Team Hosts San Diego State Aztecs

The Broncos know they're in for a battle tonight against the Aztecs.

BOISE, Idaho--The Boise State volleyball team returns home tonight for a battle with San Diego State.  The last time these two teams met, the Broncos won a five-set thriler in which all five sets were decided by two points.

Coach Shawn Garus expects another hard-fought contest and wants his team to come out of the locker room with plenty of energy.  Garus is also hoping for a big Bronco crowd in Bronco Gym--first serve is at 7 tonight.

San Diego State is led by Danielle Bolden, who had 19 kills against the Broncos in San Diego.  The Aztecs have a 9-18 overall record, but are 6-8 in the Mountain West Conference, currently in a fifth-place for Nevada, Boise State's opponent Saturday afternoon.

The Broncos are 18-7 and 10-3 in the Mountain West.
