Boise State Bronco Volleyball Team Downs New Mexico Lobos 25-22, 22-25, 27-25 25-19

Lady Broncos put away stubborn Lobos.

BOISE, Idaho--Sophomore Sierra Nobley had 22 kills as the Boise State volleyball team outlasted New Mexico this afternoon, 25-22, 22-25, 27-25, 25-19, in Bronco Gym.  It was the eighth straight win and 14th of the last 15 for the Broncos.

With the victory, Boise State advanced their record to 22-7 overall and 14-3 in the Mountain West Conference.  The 22 wins are the most by a Bronco team in 26 years, since the 1990 team went 23-12.  The 14 conference wins are the second-most in program history behind the 1988 Big Sky champions that were 15-1.    

Maddy O'Donnell had 16 kills, 8 blocks and 3 aces while Kaitlyn Oliver had 10 kills.  Senior Sarah Baugh dished out 53 assists, the ninth time this season that she has topped the 50-assists mark.

New Mexico dropped to 16-14 overall and 9-8 in conference action.

Boise State hosts Utah State Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Bronco Gym for Senior Night.  Sarah Baugh, Katelyn Kingorn and Ally Duffin will be honored prior to first serve.
