#43 Boise State Bronco Volleyball Team Left Out of 2015 NCAA Tournament

The Boise State volleyball team found out the hard way how the NCAA works, as that body placed nine Big Ten teams, including #58 Michigan State (18-13) in the Tournament over the 23-7 Broncos.

BOISE, Idaho--The Boise State volleyball team, 23-7 and winners of 15 out of their last 16 (a late-season streak the NCAA has repeatedly said it likes), was left out of the 2015 NCAA Tournament.

The Broncos, ranked #43 in RPI, were bypassed by #52 Northern Iowa (19-14), #53 Oregon (16-13) and #58 Michigan State (18-13).  Boise State was runners-up in the tough Mountain West Conference to the #1 team in the nation, Colorado State.  Four of Boise State's losses were to teams in the tournament.

Instead of inviting the exciting Broncos, the NCAA went with nine Big Ten teams and four from the West Coast Conference.
