Utah State Nips Broncos in Final Minute 75-69

Utah State was favored by 15 points in a place they rarely lose. Tonight, the Broncos gave the Aggies one of their tougher games.

Perennial NCAA tournament team Utah State was supposed to destroy the Boise State men's basketball team tonight in Logan. They had the talent, the experience and the crowd. It did not happen. The Broncos led the majority of the first half, then hung with Utah State in their house until a minute to play, when a 3-point attempt by McNeal Thompson missed that would have tied the game. The Aggies fought off the Broncos for the rebound and held on for a 75-69 win behind Nate Harris' 20 points.

With the win, Utah State moves to 10-4 on the season, 2-2 in Western Athletic Conference play. Boise State slips to 8-6 and 1-2 in conference. Coby Karl once again led the way atop the Bronco scoring attack with 23 points, while Kareem Lloyd pulled down a career high 15 rebounds.
