#32 Boise State fought off the flu to down the University of Arizona of the PAC-10 5-2 at the Boas Tennis and Soccer Complex today. The win over the 46th-ranked Wildcats was the sixth straight for Coach Greg Patton's Broncos after dropping their first three matches. Arizona is also 6-3 with the loss.

Freshmen Clancy Shields and Steve Robertson remained undefeated on the season (9-0) by beating Bruno Alcala and Peter Zimmer, 8-5.
The Shields brothers each won in straight sets in singles competition. Luke (#39) defeated Groslimond (#84) at the No. 2 position, 7-5, 6-1. Clancy, playing number three singles for the Broncos, knocked off Alcala, 6-4, 6-4. Luke is now 15-5 this season, and Clancy is 7-2 since joining the Broncos this spring.
Also victorious were sophomore Brent Werbeck, who defeated Jason Labrosse, 6-3, 6-4, and junior Piotrek Dilaj, who downed Zimmer 7-6, 7-6.
The Broncos host #73 William and Mary Tuesday at 2 p.m. The match is scheduled for Boas, but could be moved to the Appleton Tennis Center if weather conditions improve.
