Bronco Tennis Team in Seventh Heaven

Boise State's tennis team is beginning to play like the team that was expected going into the season. After three opening losses, the Broncos have reeled off seven wins in a row.

The #32 Boise State tennis team notched its seventh consecutive dual victory today downing #73 William and Mary 502 at the Boas Tennis and Soccer Complex.

Coach Greg Patton's Broncos are now 7-3 on the season with four wins in a row over ranked opponents. All three doubles teams won for only the second time this season. Clancy Shields and Steve Robertson advanced to 10-0 on the season with a resounding 8-2 whipping of W & M's Billy Mulligan and Matt Rubenstein. The #12 doubles team of Thomas Schoeck and Luke Shields are warming up as well (5-5 this spring).

Schoeck and Eric Roberson are both now 10-6 after winning their singles matches. Piotr Dilaj also won for the Broncos, keeping his perfect mark intact, and All-American Luke Shields posted his sixth straight win as well.
