Dollar Night Against Louisiana Tech

When Boise State defeated national power Louisiana Tech a couple of years ago, it turned out it was a precursor of things to come. Boise State is now in front of the Bulldogs in the WAC conference race, but La Tech has revenge on their minds for an earlier loss to Boise State in Ruston. See this great matchup this Saturday night with admission only 1 dollar!

Boise State has announced that this Saturday's clash between the Bronco women's basketball team and Louisiana Tech will be "Dollar Night".  Coach Gordy Presnell's team will host the five-time defending WAC champion Bulldogs Saturday night at 7:05 in Taco Bell Arena.

Louisiana Tech is one of the most successful programs in NCAA women's basketball, having advanced to all 25 NCAA tournaments.  Earlier this season, Boise State shocked the country with a 68-47 win over the Techsters in Ruston.  It was historic not only for Boise State, but the Bronco win snapped Tech's nation-leading conference home win streak at 114 games, a streak that lasted 15 years.  The game in Boise will be one of the biggest challenges remaining as Boise State attempts to unseat Louisiana Tech as WAC champion.

Admission will be one dollar per person, all ages (BSU students are free with valid activity card) as Boise State attempts to pack the arena in support of the women's basketball team against the Lady Techsters. Bring your friends, be loud, and wear ORANGE to the Louisiana Tech game this Saturday. All tickets will be sold at the gate the day of the game for one dollar each ($1.00).
