2006 Boise State Team Assaulted Record Book

The 2007 Boise State football team has a lot to live up to. An incredible new 140 entries will go into the existing Boise State football record book this year, following the amazing season of the 2006 Bronco football team. The Boise State players assaulted the record book from every angle.

The 2006 Boise State team finished 13-0 and the nation's only undefeated team.  They also penetrated the existing Bronco record book like no other team before them.  The Bronco players produced an astounding 77 individual regular season entries and an additional 22 postseason marks for their monumental 43-42 win over Oklahoma in the 2007 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.  The Boise State team has 14 regular season entries matched by another 14 postseason marks in the record book.  Meanwhile, Boise State opponents also found their way into that section with 10 regular season entries and Oklahoma has three for the Fiesta Bowl.
