Boise State's Guyette Wins 10,000

The Bronco women's track team finally got some good news tonight as senior Becky Guyette blitzed the competition for an 18-second win in the 10,000 meters.

Boise State senior Becky Guyette won the WAC Championship tonight in the women's 10,000-meter run.  Guyette won the event in 37 minutes, 13.07 seconds, over 18 seconds ahead of Idaho's Mandy Macalister. 


The Broncos are off to a rough start today in their effort to finish in the top two of the team results.  Competition concludes tomorrow in Fresno, California.
