Arnos Earns All-America Honor

Chalk up another All-America honor for the Boise State track team. Senior Zacharias Arnos finished eighth at the NCAA National Indoor Championships in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with a career best in the triple jump.

Boise State senior Zacharias Arnos earned All-America honors with a career-best effort in the triple jump that earned him eighth place at the NCAA National Indoor Track and Field Championships yesterday in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Arnos soared 52-feet, 7.50-inches in his second jump of the finals yesterday to earn the honor. He qualified for finals with a jump of 52-feet, four-inches and then unleashed his career best when it counted the most. Florida's Christian Taylor won the event with a mark of 56-feeet, 4.50 inches.

Arnos and the Broncos will kick off the outdoor season in two weeks at the Arizona State Team Invitational.
