New Hampton Prep PG Brady Heslip (Burlington, ON) has been taking a tour of the country the past few weeks as he's looking to find the school that fits his style of play the best. His first visit was to Boise State and his most recent trip was to Utah State just a week ago. Now he's taking another visit as he's flying out west once again to take a look at Oregon. "Oregon jumped in just recently," he said. "I'm going out there for a visit this weekend," he added.

Utah State has been on top of the WAC the past few years. Their basketball program is solid from top to bottom and Bronco fans are hoping to see similar results from Leon Rice as Boise State basketball moves forward in a new era. Heslip enjoyed his trip to Utah State. "It was a beautiful campus. They have some really cool traditions," he stated. "I went there on Thursday and got back on Sunday. I met the players and got to watch some film with Coach Morrill. It was a real productive trip."

Head Coach Leon Rice and his new staff remain in close contact with the standout PG. "I talked to Coach Rice and Coach Wojcik a couple days ago," Heslip said. "Coach Wojcik was asking where I'm at in the process at this point in time."

Heslip (6'2, 170) is convinced that Boise State is heading to the top with Leon Rice now at the helm. "Coach Rice is a great guy. He's going to take that program to the top of the WAC," he said. "He's one of the best guys I've met throughout the whole process."

Brady is looking to make his decision soon. The visit to Oregon will be his last one and it appears he has a solid top three right now. "Boise State, Utah State, and Oregon are my top three," he said. "I want to make my decision by the time I leave school," he added.
