EI: Which coach played the biggest part in your recruitment to BC?
KB: They all pretty much did, but the main coach was Coach Bicknell who was my recruiting coach. It was too bad he left because I was looking forward to playing for him. But I got to know all the coaches and they all connected with me on the same level. So it wasn't as hard when Coach Bicknell left.
EI: What position have you been told you will be starting your BC career at?
KB: Coach Bicknell told me I was going to be coming in as an offensive guard.
EI: How would you describe your game on the field at this point?
KB: Focused. As focused as I can be to get my part done and help my team win. Pretty much anything the team needs me to do, I do.
EI: Do you find yourself stronger as a run blocker or pass blocker at this time?
KB: I like pass blocking a lot more but my run blocking is strong too. I guess I would say pass blocking.
EI: Have you kept in touch with any BC players or fellow commitments?
KB: Yeah, I have Ian White's number and whenever I have a question or just want to say what's up I shoot him a text.
EI: Who was your host on your official visit?
KB: Nate Richman.
EI: What was the reason you chose BC, other than big time football and great academics?
KB: O-Line U, that's all. Being an offensive lineman and getting an offer from Boston College is a great compliment to your high school career because they recognize you as one of the best offensive lineman possible to fulfill the leaving senior's spots. To have them view you as worthy enough to play there is a great feeling because they're known for having great offensive lineman. That's the reason why I chose Boston College.
EI: If I didn't choose BC, I would have gone to______.
KB: University of Connecticut.
EI: Which home-cooked meal are you going to miss the most while at college?
KB: My father's chicken Alfredo. He knows everything I like, all the vegetables to put in, lots of pasta. He used to make it every Thursday night before a game because we played on Friday. Load up on carbs.
EI: Funniest or most memorable moment or person from official visit?
KB: When we went out to eat in the North End there was a buffet at this really nice restaurant and the waiter asked if we wanted to take some food home. I said sure and went around to grab the food and there were three trays all full of lobsters. While we were sitting in the van waiting to go back to BC, it smelled so bad like fish. I thought that was hilarious.
EI: Hottest celebrity you would like to go out with?
KB: Eva Longoria-Parker, she is soooo hot.
EI: What do you listen to before a football game?
KB: I listen to something to calm me down because if I listen to something like rock I waste all my energy before the game. So I listen to something soft, to calm me down before I get onto the field, but once I get onto the field I let it all out.
EI: When at a party, what's your best line with a girl?
KB: I don't know, I really don't have game (chuckles). This is a stumper for an offensive lineman. I would just find anything that would make the girl laugh.
