Cougar Snapshots: BYU vs. Weber State

Total Blue Sports photographer Troy Verde was in LaVell Edwards Stadium on Saturday capturing some images of the Cougars' game against the Weber State Wildcats. Here are some of the great shots he took.

Daniel Sorensen carries the team flag out onto the field, while former Cougar running back Brian McDonald carries out the alumni flag. Meanwhile, Ezekiel Ansah carried out the special teams flag.

Russell Tialavea and Eathyn Manumaleuna get after Weber State's quarterback. The Cougars had six sacks on the day.

James Lark got a lot of action against the Wildcats, throwing for a touchdown and running for another.

Spencer Hadley had a great game, recording four total tackles and two sacks for a combined loss of 14 yards.

Not to be outdone, his cousin Preston Hadley recorded a team-high nine tackles.

Brandon Ogletree was second on the team with seven tackles, and also led the team with two pass breakups.

Richard Wilson catches a 32-yard pass, his first reception since getting injured last season.

J.D. Falslev carries the ball for 53 yards. He had 129 all-purpose yards.

Former quarterback Alex Kuresa had 58 total yards, and almost threw a pass on a trick play that was defended well.
