BYU middle linebacker Butch Pau'u began the 2016 season with a bang but injuries slowed him down. He talked about his health, adjusting to life with a new position coach in Steve Kaufusi and playing football with his brother, Neil, now on the team.

As a sophomore, BYU middle linebacker Butch Pau'u blew up opponents with 83 total tackles with seven for a loss. This year the Tongan heat-seeking missile in the middle of the Cougar defense feels fully healthy and ready for the 2017 season. He talked about the chemistry of the linebacker corps, Steve Kaufusi taking over as linebackers coach, and playing with his brother, Neil Pau'u.
