David Foster from El Toro High School in California recently went up against the number one player in the country. Total Blue Sports caught up with the big man to see how he did against the best.
"I'm playing for the AAU team called the Rockfish," said David Foster
. "We recently went to Indiana and Dallas. Our team played against Greg Oden
. I held my own against him. He had 10 points and I had 8."
Foster is 7'1", 220 pounds and has potential to be a D-I player.
"Last year I wasn't the focus of our offense because we had a few other really good players," Foster said. "But this next year I plan on being the go to guy. I feel like I have improved a lot since the season ended. I have a lot more moves offensively."
Utah and BYU lead right now for Foster's services, and he plans on taking unofficial visits to both schools this summer. His high school team will be in Las Vegas for a tournament around July 24th.
