BYU-EIU TBS Tailgate Party!!! - UPDATE

It's party time, TBS Tailgate Party time, that is. Even though BYU's opponent is not as big this week, you won't know it by the TBS Tailgate Party. That's because last week, over 140 people showed up for the affair, and this week we've fine tuned and expanded our operation!

UPDATE: WE ARE PUSHING BACK THE RSVP DEADLINE FOR THE $5 MEAL PRICE TO 9:00 p.m. MT. Due to popular demand, the TBS Tailgate Party is back. We're taking what we learned from the first go round to put together another, even better event for the world's most rabid Cougar Fans.

We'll have five grills going 30 minutes before we begin. We'll have two food tables and four lines so that you can get your food faster and have more time for real life, real time interaction with your fellow TBS members.

Here are the details for the event:

When:
11:00 a.m. Saturday September 10th, 2005.

Where:
LaVell Edwards Stadium Parking Lot #3. That's the southeast parking lot right by the southeast gates where the players park. It's the same place we had the BC party.

Food:
Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken Caeser Salad, Cole Slaw, BYU Creamery Mint Fudge Brownies (we won't run out this time), soda, spring water and more.

Cost:
Again you get all this food for the incredibly low price of $5.*

*There is a catch this time around, though. You must RSVP to Tyler Tippetts at tbsadvertising@hotmail.com by 9:00 p.m. MT on Friday September 9th to get the $5 price. Those who RSVP after 9:00 p.m. on Friday or simply show up at the party without RSVP'ing will need to pay $8 for their meal.

RSVP:
Again, PLEASE RSVP to Tyler Tippetts at tbsadvertising@hotmail.com by 9:00 p.m. on Friday September 9th. Provide your full name (not your TBS name) and the number of people in your party. Late RSVP's and walk-ins are welcome, but it will cost $3 extra for their meal. We will make a list of those who RSVP before 9:00 on Friday and check your name against that list to make sure the early RSVP's get the $5 price.

We had a great time cooking for you and getting to know you last time. We look forward to getting together with you all again.
