Dockery's list of trips include a trip to UTEP on October 22, Washington during the second or third week of December, Fresno State on December 9, Oregon State on October 30 and BYU during the first week of January.
For right now, Dockery said he is pretty wide open in regards to where he will end up playing. "I like Washington, UCLA, Fresno, UTEP, Oregon State and BYU," said Dockery. "Those are probably my top schools right now."
Dockery also mentioned that he will take a trip to UCLA official or non-official due to proximity and other factors. "They've (UCLA) kept in close contact and they may offer me here soon," said Dockery. "I like UCLA, they're not necessarily my top school, but I'd like to play for them."
Dockery mentioned that most schools are recruiting him as an athlete and will plug him in at either wide receiver or defensive back according to need and where they feel Dockery will excel most. "I like wide receiver, that's where I want to play most, but I'll consider playing cornerback for sure if that's how it works out," commented Dockery.
In the meantime, Dockery is leading his high school team in receiving playing every down on both sides of the ball. "I'm coming off probably my best game. I had five catches for 135 yards and two touchdowns," mentioned Dockery. "I also had an interception that I returned for a touchdown, but it was called back."
Coaches have also been out to see Dockery perform. "BYU's coaches came out last week to watch me play and Oregon State and Washington have both been out to see me," said Dockery. "I pretty much like every school that has offered me. I'm going to take my time, take my trips and then decide. I probably won't start really deciding until after the season."
