Coach Eti Ena of Idaho State
Coach Ena walks up and down the drill line, critiquing and instructing football players on hand placement and leverage. Ena was very active with teaching fundamentals to camp attendees.
BYU Defensive Line Coach Steve Kaufusi
When not teaching on the football field, BYU defensive line coach Steve Kaufusi was heavily involved with keeping the All-Poly Camp organized and structured. Here is a snapshot of Coach Kaufusi addressing some camp attendees with a motivational story about effort and heart.
Utah State Coach Chad Kauha'aha'a
Coach Kauha'aha'a takes an intensive approach to footwork, instructing the athletes to step over obstacles while watching for the signal to change direction. Coach Kauha'aha'a was just one of the many coaches at the All-Poly Camp that made an effort to make a difference.
Utah Defensive Coordinator Kalani Sitake
Coach Sitake addresses a group of All-Poly Camp participants. Sitake is a very hands-on coach that connects the dots during drills for greater understanding on how to play a defensive position.
UCLA Offensive Coordinator Norm Chow
A more vocal coach on the field, Norm Chow brought his intense style to the drills. His energy was contagious and the players responded during quarterback and wide receiver drills. Former Denver Bronco defensive lineman Mario Fatafehi gives personal attention to Graham Rowley and Handsome Tanielu during hand drills. Along with his NFL experience and expertise, Fatafehi brought a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the All-Poly Camp. Fatafehi now coaches up at Lone Peak High School in Utah.
Coach Steve Kaufusi
Following the third day at the All-Poly Camp, awards were given out to the standout performers. As a defensive line coach, Steve Kaufusi stands with his group of top camp performers. Coach Chow address the camp with a message about reaching one's potential. During the All-Poly Camp, Chow taught quarterbacks how to correctly drop back and open up in order to deliver a pass affectively.
Rowley vs. Asiata
Defensive end Graham Rowley and offensive tackle Pauley Asiata go to battle during a full-contact scrimmage. Both players were selected as top prospects in the camp.
Top All-Poly Camp linebackers pose together following camp activities. On the left is national prospect Shayden Akuna from Kapolei High School. He currently has many Pac-10 offers. In black on his left is V.J. Fehoko, who currently has about 20 offers. To Fehoko's left is under-the-radar linebacker Tuu Lolohea, who rose to the top with his hardnosed, aggressive style of play.
Mililani safety Taz Stevenson times his jump to bat down a pass during a scrimmage. Stevenson, who holds several offers, was one of the top safeties at the All-Poly Camp and is considered one of the top safeties in the state of Hawaii.
Outside linebacker Shayden Akuna gets set just prior to the snap of the ball. Akuna holds many Pac-10 offers and his performance at the All-Poly Camp showed why he is one of the premiere linebackers in the state of Hawaii.
One unique aspect of the All-Poly Camp is the full-contact scrimmages that are held in order to allow the coaches to evaluate under live conditions. This aspect of the All-Poly Camp gives coaches and evaluators a good view of what a prospect's true potential is.
At the middle linebacker position are V.J. Fehoko and Tuu Lolohea. Both linebackers were selected as All-Poly Camp all-stars, showing great instincts, good line of pursuit and good defense when defending against both the pass and the run.
Coach Norm Chow

The Final Call
At the end of the All-Poly Camp, Coach Tuivai from Boise State leads the camp with one last cheer. Overall, the All-Poly Camp was a great success and the collective enthusiasm of the camp participants can be seen.
