After saying he would wait until National Signing Day on Wednesday to announce his final decision, linebacker Wilsonville (Ore.) linebacker Johnny Ragin III announced via Twitter that he was staying with his commitment to California, despite a late push from his hometown school Oregon.
"Oregon was the dream growin' up, and I had a nice visit," Ragin said on the microblogging service. "But My Future's at Cal, and I can't wait to get there and go to work! #GoBears"
