BTTV: Adarius Pickett

Cal defensive back target Adarius Pickett talks with our Elliot Polakoff about his experience at The Opening, and details the latest in his recruitment during a workout in El Cerrito.

EL CERRITO, Calif. -- It's been quite the summer for El Cerrito (Calif.) cornerback Adarius Pickett. The four-star corner has seen his stock continue to rise recently, having just missed out on making the all-7on-tournament team at The Opening last week. Pickett took a break from offseason workouts to speak with BearTerritory's Elliott Polakoff about his time in Beaverton, Ore., the latest in his recruiting (including where California stands), and what his goals are for the upcoming season.

Pickett also made a point of mentioning senior quarterback Keilan Benjamin and his twin brother, senior wide receiver Keith Benjamin -- two Gauchos that are poised to have breakout seasons and receive more Division I scholarship offers. Both currently have an offer from Eastern Washington, and are being looked at by the Bears, as well. Top Stories
