Cal Offers 2016 Stud

What does Cal like so much about 2016 forward Oscar Frayer? We take an in-depth look at our collected highlights of the recent offeree in these exclusive cuts.

Following the longest playoff run in Hayward (Calif.) Moreau Catholic history -- a loss in the state final game on Saturday -- 2016 star Oscar Frayer joined his 2017 teammate Damari Milstead in pulling down an offer from California, an offer which came down right after the game.

The four-star forward averaged 14.4 points per game this season for the 27-6 Mariners, pulling down 10.3 boards per game and dishing out 2.1 assists and swiping 2.4 steals. The 6-foot-5 forward also tallied a team-high 3.8 blocks per contest and shot 57% from the field, coming in second on the team to Milstead with 445 points scored.

BearTerritory has been following Frayer all season, and we've got three premium highlight cuts for you of the local stud.
