Bill Walton played a Cal Band glockenspiel on-air during Cal's win over Oregon

BERKELEY -- Bill Walton was up to his old tricks again during Cal's 83-63 win over Oregon, as he plucked a glockenspiel out of the hands of a Cal Band member and played it live on-air.

BERKELEY -- Let it never be said that UCLA legend Bill Walton marches to the beat of any drummer other than Mickey Hart. The Grateful Dead afficionado was in rare form during California's 83-63 win over No. 11 Oregon in Berkeley on Thursday, plucking a glockenspiel out of the hands of a Cal Band member and playing the instrument live, on-air, as Dave Pasch tried desperately to get the NBA Hall of Famer back on track.

Before the game, fans were treated to perhaps the best way to watch a Bill Walton game: Walton Bingo.
