BERKELEY -- Murrieta (Calif.) Murietta Mesa quarterback Jeff Miller stands out from the crowd at 6-foot-6, 235 pounds, but it's his arm that did the talking on Saturday. Miller, a 2018 prospect, is already physically mature, and shows good touch, as well as good arm talent for balls deep down field, as well as accuracy at all levels. His high school already runs a version of California offensive coordinator Jake Spavital's offense, and he showed expertise on the routes from that offense during the one-on-one portion of camp.
