"I haven't set up any official visits yet," Keaton Kristick said.
"I have scholarship offers from Oregon State, Colorado State, New Mexico, Northwestern, UTEP, San Diego State, Utah, Wyoming and Boise State."
As a junior, Kristick had 117 tackles and 30 tackles for loss. He also rushed for 850 yards and scored 10 touchdowns. Does Kristick have a leader at this time?
"My favorites are California, UCLA, Oregon State, Northwestern, New Mexico and UTEP. Everyone is even right now.
"I've been to Cal and Oregon State. I like their campuses. I think Stanford is the only school that can compare with Northwestern's academics.
"I'm talking to UCLA right now but they haven't offered. UTEP is an up and coming program. My brother played quarterback at New Mexico. Colorado State had a beautiful campus."
What position will Kristick play in college?
"Depends on the school," explained Kristick. "Northwestern wants me as a defensive end. New Mexico is saying either fullback or outside linebacker. Cal told me that they are recruiting me strictly on the offensive side of the ball."
Kristick told Scout.com that he plans on setting up his official visits within the next few weeks.
"I'd like to visit three or four schools before I make my decision. I haven't thought much about graduating early and participate in spring ball but I might look into that." Kristick said.
