Video: Rising Prospect Sullivan Grosz

Fresno (Calif.) Memorial two-way standout Sullivan Grosz spent his off-season hitting every camp and combine possible. He competed at the Stanford Nike Camp and UA/Scout.com L.A. Combine as a LB. However, he is projected as DE in college. At Cal's three-day camp in early June, he competed for the first time as a DE…

Sullivan Grosz (6-4, 240) is determined to earn a scholarship at FBS (IA) university. After having solid showings at the Stanford Nike Camp and UnderArmour/Scout.com L.A. Combine, he hit camps at California, Stanford, UCLA, and Notre Dame.

Grosz is slated to play MLB and TE this season for the Panthers. His coach Anthony Goston says they are planning to get Grosz a few reps at DE – his projected position in college – this season. MLB is the position where he can best help his team this season. At DE, opposing offenses just run away from his side.

Grosz got his first experience at DE at Cal's three-day camp in June. We caught with him recently at a summer scrimmage. Watch his interview, scrimmage highlight, and Cal camp highlights…
