"I basically just walked around the campus the whole time. I didn't do too much on the visit. I made it to the game in the 4th quarter so I can't really speak on the game. It looked like they were playing hard but it was pretty much one sided. But the school was WOW. I mean, it was really incredible."
Ironically, the team that handed UCLA their loss on Seastrunk's visit, was Cal; the school he took his first official visit to. The 5'11/185 pound U.S. Army All-American said that the loss would not effect his decision.
"I'm not looking at the losses. It happens. I want to play for a school that can compete and win but I think that comes down to the character of the team and the coaches. I will be looking more at the coaches and how they bounce back more than the losses. And there are a lot of other things that will factor in. I want to feel comfortable with a school."
He went on to talk about his Cal visit.
"Like, when I look at my Cal visit, I did pretty much the same thing that I did at UCLA but the people at UCLA were awesome. I thought that it was one of the coolest things I've seen. The people made me feel at home. Those are factors that I am looking for."
Seastrunk does not have any other scheduled visits and he says that he will not plan anymore until after he takes the ACT exam. As for a commitment, Seastrunk said, "I have no clue."
