Cody Kessler (6-2, 225) is fast becoming one of the most sought after quarterbacks in the nation. Scout.com 15th rated QB nationally added his ninth offer on Wednesday, and he might get his 10th before the week is up as he embarks on an unofficial visit to Washington on Thursday.

"Arizona just offered me," Kessler said Wednesday afternoon.

"[QB] Coach [Frank] Scelfo called [Centennial head coach Bryan] Nixon and then I called him after and talked to him."

Unbeknown to Kessler, he says the Coach Scelfo told him the Wildcats had offered him some time ago. "I just knew today, it's the first time I heard it!"

With Pac-10 offers from Arizona State and Washington State as well, he hopes to add his fourth from the conference while in Seattle. Right now, he is content will all the schools that have offered him and hasn't ruled out any possibilities. However, he does have a list of five, which includes Alabama, Boise State, Fresno State, Pittsburgh, and now Arizona.

"Yeah, I'd have to say they are [top five] just because Coach Scelfo seems like a really good coach. I like him a lot," said Kessler.
