What's with Swaby?

There have been rumors circulating about Glades Day (FL) safety Jarrett Swaby and a possible suspension. InsideKnights.com has the full scoop about this UCF commit at "UCF Round Table," the newest source for UCF information.

Jarrett Swaby was held out of Glades Day's loss last week, which immediately caused a panic amongst the UCF faithful. Rumors started swirling about him possibly being kicked off the team and being expelled, thus likely losing his scholarship.

InsideKnights.com learned the other day and has confirmed that Swaby was indeed held out of his team's lost to Clewiston, but he will not be suspended for any more time and should return by the team's next game.

Swaby told IK this past Saturday that the team would have to work following its loss, but a bye-week should help out.

"Everything is going good, I really don't have any complaints right now. We have a bye-week coming up, and the starters are going to have to work real hard."

Along with UCF, Swaby has offers from Northern Illinois, FIU, and Kansas St.

"I have received some interest from other schools, but I will be taking my official visit to UCF the last week of October."

Swaby didn't comment on his one game suspension, but did say he was eager to hit the field again following his team's bye.
