Huge Recruiting Weekend

January 9th will be the biggest recruiting weekend of the year for UCF. While some players still need to finalize whether they are coming or not, InsideKnights.com has a rough list of who is expected to head to Orlando as of now.

UCF will be bringing in some big prospects on both sides of the ball.

At quarterback, Nico Flores from North Miami Beach will be taking a visit. He hasn't been able to see the school yet but has the Knights has his top school. Rated as the 49th best quarterback in the nation, Flores would be a huge pick up for UCF and could commit very quickly if he has a good time.

Flores' teammate, Kemal Ishmael, might also take a visit. He's a player UCF seems to like a lot at cornerback.

The Archbishop Carroll trio will also be making the trip up from Miami. Corey Ammons has reportedly had wavering feelings towards UCF, but last time InsideKnights.com talked to him, he was a very solid commit. Safety Terrance Taylor de-committed from Rutgers after making a visit up there, basically meaning he is up for grabs, with UCF leading the way for his services. If those two head to UCF, there is a chance that Rodney Smith might also be a dark horse for UCF.

Two local defensive linemen will also be taking visits. Victor Gray, a three-star defensive end from Dr. Phillips, will head east after he faces Olympia in a back yard brawl for basketball. Frankie Davis from East Ridge is also slated to make the trip.

Willie Haulstead, an FSU commit, will also be taking a visit. Brian Jackson is an excellent corner/safety from Hoover, Ala. and he might be taking a trip south to scout the campus.

InsideKnights.com will keep you updated on who else is expected to be visiting for what should be a huge weekend.
